Our therapy services are grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that helps you build a meaningful life by changing your relationship to difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. Our therapists are cross-disciplinary in practice and also draw on tools like EMDR, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more to customize your treatment and support.
