Sisterhood Rising
A place to feel strong, be yourself, and know you belong.
Sisterhood Rising is a 6-week, in-person experience for youth who identify as female.
Our in person group sessions help attendees build important skills to improve confidence, handle life’s challenges, and understand themselves in a deeper, more positive way.
Through a mix of movement, mindfulness practices, creative expression, group conversations, and peer connection, each session offers a new way to grow skills, share ideas, and learn from one another.

Location: 1719 S. Main Street, SLC
Group Leaders: skilled movement and licensed mental health professionals from Full Circle Yoga & Therapy
Cost: $149 per person (self-pay rate)

What to Expect
Learning to manage emotions more effectively with mindfulness tools, movement, and positive body image practices.
A celebration of individuality while exploring how mindset, culture, and community shape who we are.
An expanding of your understanding of identity, perception, and belonging in diverse communities.
Take home activities to practice new skills between sessions for continued positive growth and momentum.

Sisterhood Rising is open to youth who identify as female. Groups for specific age ranges are offered on a rotating basis. No prior experience with yoga, art, or mindfulness is needed.

Not at all! Most participants come to the group without knowing anyone beforehand. The activities are designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and connected from the very first session.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. You’ll also want a water bottle and an afternoon snack. We’ll provide all materials for activities.

It’s totally normal to feel that way. Our facilitators create a warm, welcoming space where you can participate at your own pace. You can ease in slowly and join activities when you’re ready.

Sisterhood Rising is facilitated by experienced movement and licensed mental health professionals who are trained in creating safe, inclusive spaces for learning, sharing, and growth.

Insurance billing requires a diagnostic evaluation and treatment services agreement. You must attend an intake and evaluation appointment with one of our licensed therapists to use your insurance for this group. Please call us at 385-528-2950 to discuss scheduling.
