Class Descriptions
Queer & Trans Yoga
Mondays @ 7:00 PM
Queer & Trans Yoga is a class for self-identified LGBTQIA2S folks to unfurl, find embodiment, ground, build resilience, and connect deeply in community through asana, breathwork, and meditation.
The pace or level of the class varies in response to who and what is present in the room: heartbreaks, shoulder replacements, milestone achievements, tight hamstrings, betrayals, migraines, etc. We could spend the whole class on the ground or doing every inversion; we could meditate for the majority of class or not stop moving once.
Your whole self is welcome in this class, exactly as you are today.

Weekend Wake Up Flow
Saturdays @ 8:30 AM
Weekend Wake Up Flow is a Vinyasa-based practice that focuses on waking up our bodies and minds through breath-connected movement.
We start off with a gentle warm-up, fire up our energy with a moderately paced physical practice, and then return to calm with guided meditation and breathwork practices. Our practice concludes with a few minutes of constructive rest.
Weekend Wake Up Flow is welcome to all experience levels and students are empowered to move through each practice in ways that best support their needs in the current moment.

Elevate & Energize
Fridays @ 10:00 AM
Elevate & Energize is a weekly practice designed to kick start your weekend and inspire you to move through daily experiences with intention and ease.
In our Friday gatherings we explore a variety of postures, including sun salutations, to help us wake up our bodies, set a positive and kind tone for our weekend, and welcome the day.
Students of all experience levels will find themselves welcomed and supported throughout practice as we move with curiousity and offer space for creative exploration of postures.
