Yoga for Every Body

Sundays @ 10:00 AM

This all-levels yoga class welcomes total beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Taught by an instructor with over 25 years of experience working with a wide range of conditions and injuries, it's a beginner-friendly space where more experienced students will find plenty of personal challenge.

Each class draws on yogic and Buddhist teachings, offering a full body, heart, and mind experience rooted in the eight limbs of yoga. Come as you are. All bodies, all levels, all welcome.

Sunday Evening Restore

Sundays @ 7:30 PM

This restorative yoga class is a quiet, grounding way to reset your body and mind before the week begins. Using gentle, supported postures held for several minutes, you'll have space to sink in, release tension, and let go of the day. Perfect for stress relief and better sleep, this slow, meditative practice leaves you calm, grounded, and ready for a restful night. All experience levels encouraged.

Revive & Restore

Mondays @ 5:45 PM

Take time to reconnect, balance, and renew with Revive & Restore—a thoughtfully designed yoga class that begins with gentle, grounding movement and gradually flows into a steady, accessible sequence. Each session ends with deeply restorative poses and extended stretches to calm your body, quiet your mind, and ease you into a state of rest and rejuvenation.

This all-levels class is open and welcoming to everyone, whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Come ready to move at your own pace and explore personalized variations that support your unique body and needs.

Mindful Morning Yoga

Mindful Morning Yoga is an invitation to connect with yourself and your body through intention setting, meditation, breathwork, and physical yoga practice. Movement in this class follows a gentle paced structure that places YOU, the student, first and foremost.

Each class offers simple guidance, supportive demonstrations, and posture options so you can move in a way that feels good for you. We’re here to spark curiosity, invite joy, and help you explore your practice at your own pace.

Yoga Flow

Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM

This vinyasa flow yoga class blends movement and mindfulness to build strength and flexibility. Class begins with grounding breathwork, builds heat through a dynamic flow, then winds down with time to cool off and rest.

Modifications and options are offered throughout, so you can move in a way that works for your body, no matter your experience level. This energizing class leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

Yoga for Addiction

Discover Healing and Transformation with Yoga for Addiction

Are you or a loved one on the path to recovery from addiction? Seeking a holistic and evidence-based approach to enhance your healing journey? Our Yoga for Addiction gatherings are here to support you in your goals toward a healthier, more balanced life.

Following the Yoga for 12 Step Recovery (Y12) program pioneered by Nikki Myers, Yoga for Addiction is a safe and welcoming space for individuals who are on their own recovery journey or who are affected by the addictive behaviors for others to access comprehensive models of healing and support. As a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice, this is an open and inclusive group. All A’s are welcome.

What to Expect:

Mindful Movement: Discover the power of embodiment & learn to listen to your body’s signals with gentle yoga poses and stretching exercises to release physical tension, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation.

Breathwork and Meditation: Cultivate a sense of inner peace, reduce stress, and gain greater emotional resilience with mindful breathing and meditation techniques.

Community and Support: Connect with like-minded individuals on the path to recovery.

Absolutely no prior yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, or 12-step experience needed. Attendance is by donation (pay what you can), class credit, or monthly membership.

*Steve is a certified Y12SR Peer Support Guide and has been leading Y12SR/Yoga for Addiction classes in the SLC and surrounding areas since 2015.

iRest Yoga Nidra

Experience deep rest and inner healing through the practice of iRest® Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. In this welcoming, trauma-informed class, you'll explore gentle visualizations and deep relaxation techniques that support emotional resilience, reduce stress, and dissolve self-limiting beliefs.

Led by Steve Jones, a Level 1 Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, this evidence-based practice draws from the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and is adapted to support modern life. Research has shown that iRest can help:

  • Decrease anxiety and depression

  • Improve sleep quality

  • Ease chronic pain

  • Support emotional regulation and mental clarity

This class is accessible to all levels—no prior experience, special clothing, or props required. Come as you are, and practice seated or lying down based on your comfort. All are welcome.
