Therapy Services
Our therapy services are grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that helps you build a meaningful life by changing your relationship to difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. Our therapists are cross-disciplinary in practice and also draw on tools like EMDR, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more to customize your treatment and support.

Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions?
-
Finding the right therapist is less about checking boxes and more about finding someone you feel safe with.
At Full Circle Yoga & Therapy, every therapist brings their own approach, so take a little time to read through our bios and see who you're drawn to. Trust that instinct.
And if you're still not sure, a free 15-minute consultation is a great way to get a feel for someone before you commit to anything. The right fit makes all the difference, and we want you to find it.
-
We offer both options for our Salt Lake City community. You can meet with a therapist in person at our SLC studio or via a secure telehealth platform from the comfort of your home.
-
Instead of committing to a full session immediately, we recommend you "Schedule a Free 15-Minute Consultation." This allows you to meet a therapist and see if it's a good fit without any pressure.
