Sariah Howell
Certified Yoga Instructor
Sariah (she/her) is a teacher of humans big and small, guiding little ones in the classroom and sharing yoga and mindfulness with students of all ages on the mat at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy in Salt Lake City and across surrounding areas.
She first discovered yoga during a challenging time in her life, and it quickly became a source of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Now she teaches accessible, inclusive yoga to help others reconnect with their bodies, find strength, compassion, and mindfulness both on and off the mat.
Sariah is a 500-hour RYT who began her yoga teacher journey in 2022 at Yoga Assets, where she is now a teacher trainer. With over 1,500 hours of yoga and mindfulness training, she is committed to being a lifelong learner who brings curiosity, humor, and a healthy dose of skepticism to everything she learns, collecting enough wisdom to know that the more you know, the more you know you don't know.
Her training is rooted in making yoga and mindfulness accessible to all, bringing community wellness to spaces that are often overlooked. She has taught yoga in schools, community parks, homeless communities, refugee centers, studios, and at fundraisers, events, and festivals across Salt Lake City. Her classes blend movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness, designed to make everyone feel supported, no matter their age, ability, or experience.
When she's not on the mat, Sariah is a mama to four amazing little humans (and a handful of fur babies), and partner to her best friend and biggest supporter. She fills her days with music, art, family, sunshine, animals, and nature, and finds joy in the calm, laughter, and occasional chaos of everyday life.
