Safe Space Yoga: created with healing in mind
Safe Space Yoga is a 6-week series designed to empower individuals in rooting into their bodies to rise up from experienced traumas. Explore movement, breath, and emotional themes to nurture a sense of resiliency in daily life.
This experience is offered with Queer Compassionate Language, making it available to any person who identifies as female.
Weekly themes include building containers of safety, finding our roots, establishing strength within the body, the heart space, exploring our voices and values, and whole self-care.
Series includes 6 gatherings and yoga practices. Attendees will also receive connections to additional community supports, a closed group to share experiences and grow alongside, and a notebook for journaling.
Led by Erika Wynn a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and birth doula. Erika has learned to combat the results of trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD with grace and honesty making her someone often sought out by others for her empathy and ability to understand.
