Love Your Brain Community Fundraising Class

We are honored to be the partner studio in Utah for the Love Your Brain Foundation whose mission is to bring the healing power of yoga and meditation to those who have experienced a traumatic brain injury (TBI).
This partnership is another step in our vision of joining evidence-based therapeutic interventions with yoga and mindfulness to empower individuals on their personal journeys of healing.
We are formally kicking off our partnership during MindfulMarch – Love Your Brain Foundation’s biggest fundraising effort. All funds raised through our efforts will support Love Your Brain Foundation program offerings in Utah.
Join us on Sunday, March 10th, from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM for a community fundraising class co-led by Jade Stromberg and Steve Jones. Cap off your weekend with a gentle restorative practice with Jade as Steve closes out with a guided meditation/yoga Nidra practice. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and resilient for the week ahead. All yoga experience levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

The Love Your Brain Foundation operates under the core belief that yoga and meditation empower people to positively adapt to changes in their lives. They support people who have experienced a traumatic brain injury and their caregivers to participate in a free, research-backed, six-week yoga and meditation series designed based on the science of resilience.
