Kathleen (Katie) Ayala

Kathleen loves to see the world through action and play. She first found yoga 15+ years ago as a fun complement to her active lifestyle, and later discovered yoga as a way to focus on her alignment and strength.
The more she practiced the more she found yoga was bringing alignment to her body, heart, and mind. Yoga had made such a positive impact in all facets of her life that Kathleen sought out to share this practice with others.
She has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Tiffany Wood Yoga, is registered as an Anusara ElementsTM yoga teacher, and continues to learn from scholars and master practitioners along the way.
With a masters degree in education and a background in inclusion, Kathleen makes all feel welcomed and able.
