Sonali Loomba is a Yoga enthusiast (and a reiki master), who has spent a considerable time in the corporate sector. In order to cope with the busy city life and her corporate job, she took up yoga to help strengthen her physically, mentally and emotionally. Experiencing the tremendous benefits of yoga first hand, she decided to continue deeper into this journey.
Her passion and love for this ancient art form persuaded and encouraged her to complete a 200 hour teachers training course in Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga from bangalore,India and a 200 hour ashtanga vinyasa teachers training course from Mysore, India . She believes yoga is her form of creative expression that awakens her ability to see things differently.
Now a registered Yoga Alliance instructor, Sonali teaches yoga with utmost mindfulness and attention to students’ limitations and capabilities. She promotes a healthy and holistic system of yoga, and believes that yoga can only be approached when the mind is calm, focus is inward, and effort is applied. As all yoga practitioners are, Sonali will always be a student and continue learning.
