Kat Dickinson is a certified yoga and spin instructor.
She earned a BA in Design from Ontario College of Art and Design and her Masters of Fine Arts from California Institute of the Arts. She found her love for yoga and movement through the arts, which eventually led her to discover how mindfulness can positively affect our lives. Her passion for mindfulness is forefront in her yoga and meditation classes.
Kat is an avid athlete and loves to immerse herself in nature. You can find her traveling and exploring the outdoors in her downtime.
